Example:
Name: Josh
Age: 23 Weight: 187 pounds Height: 179 cm Why is nutrition important to you? Nutrition plays a huge part in keeping my mind and body right! I've been active in many different sports from a young age and having a good nutrition plan has always been a high priority to me. Seeing as its my final year in college I don't have as much time as I would like to exercise but knowing what to put in my body to keep my in good shape and help me through the last few months in college is very reassuring and provides me with all the energy I need to study. My caloric intake: 187 X 15 = 2,805 kcals per day Protein: 30% of 2,805 = 841.5 ÷ 4 = 210.4 grams of protein Carbohydrates: 40% of 2,805 = 1,122 ÷ 4 = 280.5 grams Fats: 30% of 2,805 = 841.5 ÷ 9 = 93.5 grams |
